Hi. Can someone please tell me how to change the font size in a Word 2013 document? I can find where to change the font, but not the font size. Thanks so much for any help you can provide. All the instructions I can find online are confusing and don't work for me.

Since the ribbons were introduced changing fonts has become tricky for screen reader users. Hit alt to bring up the ribbon, use the arrow keys to get to the home group. Then tab until you find fonts. The easiest way to change size is where you see the current size just type a new number. For instance it might say 11 which is the default, just type 14 and hit enter. Or, you can go into the options group under the file menu, and change the default size itself.

There is another topic on this as well here.

There is a much easier way to change the font without using the ribbon which I'm quite frankly surprised no one has yet brought up. Just bring up the context menu by pressing the applications key or shift F10, and scroll down to font. Bam! Use the dialogue box, change whatever you want.

Didn't know about that one. Thanks.
